| 摘 要： | 结合汽车制造企业的特点，构建其逆向物流合作伙伴的评价指标体系，指出应从成本、环境绩效、服务能力和企业基本素质等4个方面来进行评价。利用层次分析法得出评价结果，通过实例研究说明该方法在汽车制造企业逆向物流合作伙伴选择中的可行性。

| Abstract: | Combined with the characteristics of automobile manufacturers,the evaluation index system of reverse logistics partner was constructed from four aspects including cost,environment performance,service capacity and basic quality of the enterprise,then the evaluation result could be obtained with AHP method.Meanwhile,the feasibility of this method in automobile manufacturer's reverse logistics partner selection was illustrated through a case study. |
