| 摘 要： | 在对细胞的生物学特性和生物行为的研究中,发现细胞表面糖复合物对细胞的相互识别、分化和组织发生等起重要作用,尤其是细胞表面糖复合物与生殖的相互关系,更是受到越来越多的关注。文章主要从细胞表面糖复合物对生殖细胞的发生发育、受精过程中受体的识别、着床后子宫内膜和囊胚表面糖复合物的变化及其对胚胎发育的影响几个方面,阐述了它对生殖生理产生的影响,以期进一步发挥其在生殖医学领域的重要功用。

| Abstract: | In the studies of bionomics and biological behaviors of cells,it is found that the glycoconjugates on the cell surface plays an important role in cellular mutual recognition,cell differentiation and the occurrence of cellular organization.Above all,the relationship between glycoconjugates and reproduction is becoming highly valued.This paper discusses the effects of glycoconjugates in reproductive physiology from several aspects,including occurrence and development of germ cells,recognition of receptor in fertilization,changes of the glycoconjugates in the endometrium and the surface of blastocyst after implantation,as well as embryonic development.It will further give play to its important functions in reproductive medicine field. |
