摘    要:以烤烟品种JY-02.为材料,2008年在吉林延边烟区进行田间试验,研究了6种不同耕作方式对烟田土壤水分和烟叶产质量的影响。结果表明:(1)不同耕作方式之间差异明显,与对照(传统耕作)相比,深耕+地膜覆盖、垄下深松+地膜覆盖两处理的蓄水能力分别提高8.50%和6.96%;随着烟叶的生长,耕作方式对烟田土壤水分的影响有不同程度的减弱,但深耕、地膜覆盖对土壤水分的保蓄能力是十分显见的。(2)不同耕作模式可以稳定烟叶钾、氯含量,协调烟叶化学成分,使烟叶的产值、均价、上等烟比例均有不同程度的提高,促进了类胡萝卜素降解产物类香气物质、棕色化产物类香气物质、苯丙氨酸类香气物质和新植二烯的形成,明显提高了香气物质的总量。(3)综合分析表明,以深耕+地膜覆盖对保墒蓄水和烤后烟叶产质量的效应最好,值得在我国大部分烟区推广使用。耕作方式对烤烟产质量的长期影响仍有待进一步研究。

Abstract:Flue-cured tobacco variety JY-02 was used as material to study the effects of 6 types of tillage modes on soil moisture, yield and quality of flue-cured tobacco ( Nicotiana tobacum L. ) in Yanbian city, Jilin province in 2008. The results indicated that 1) obvious differences in effects existed among different tillage modes. Compared with conventional tillage, the soil storage capacity by deep-plough with film mulching and by subsoiling with film mulching was increased by 8.50% and 6.96 % respectively. Along with the growth of tobacco, the impact of tillage modes on soil moisture decreased, while the soil storage capacity for rainfall by deep-plough and film mulching were visible. 2)Different tillage modes could stabilize the content of potassium and chlorine, coordinate the proportion of the chemical components in tobacco leaves, improve the yield, average price and the proportion of superior leaves in some extent. The content of carotenoid, phenylalanine, maillard reaction products and neophytadiene were prompted by different tillage system, and the total amount of flavor matter was increased significantly. 3) In summary, the soil moisture storage capacity and yield and quality of flue-cured tobacco leaf were best in deep-plough with film mulching treatment, which was worth promoting to the use in most tobacco-growing areas of our country. The long-term effect of soil tillage mode on quality of flue-cured tobacco was worth further studying.
