油茶不同芽苗砧嫁接组合的亲和性生理

摘    要:以普通油茶(Camellia oleifera)长林系列18#品种芽苗作为砧木,取普通油茶长林系列4#、18#品种为接穗,采用芽苗砧法嫁接,通过对嫁接体结合部发育过程中的死亡率及理化指标的测定,研究了嫁接体的亲和性生理。结果表明:0~24 h与1~55 d所得结论相同,即在2个嫁接组合中所测的各生理指标(除可溶性糖质量分数)变化趋势基本一致,嫁接体结合部SOD活性越低,POD活性越高,MDA质量摩尔浓度越低,可溶性蛋白质量分数越高,嫁接组合亲和性越好;嫁接体结合部SOD活性、POD活性、MDA质量摩尔浓度峰值出现的时间较早,嫁接组合亲和性较好;嫁接组合亲和性与结合部CAT活性未见相关性。

Physiological Affinity of Different Nurse Seed Grafted Union of Camellia oleifera
Abstract:For the mechanism of physiological affinity, we studied the death and the physiological and biochemical indexes of twodifferent nurse seed grafted union of ChangLing 4#/ChangLing 4# and ChangLing 18#/ChangLing 18#.The results of 0-24h and 1-55 d were the same.The change trend of physiological indexes of two graft combinations were basically the sameexcept soluble sugar content.The SOD activity and MDA content in the combination with a good affinity were lower thanthose in the combination with a poor affinity.The POD activity and soluble protein in the combination with a good affinitywas higher than those in the combination with a poor affinity.The peak of SOD activity, POD activity and MDA content appearedearlier in the combination with a good affinity than those in the combination with a poor affinity.
