巨大芽孢杆菌1259对产蛋后期蛋鸡蛋壳质量的影响

摘    要:为研究日粮添加巨大芽孢杆菌1259对产蛋后期蛋鸡蛋壳品质及相关血液生化指标的影响,选择65周龄海兰褐商品蛋鸡240只,随机分为2组,每组6个重复。设对照组(基础饲粮)及试验组(基础日粮添加2×106 cfu/g巨大芽孢杆菌1259)。试验期4周,每天统计产蛋数,计算破蛋率;每10d于每个重复中随机选取20枚鸡蛋测定蛋壳品质、元素组成和血液生化等指标。结果显示:1)巨大芽孢杆菌组破蛋率显著低于对照组(P0.05),蛋壳强度和重量显著高于对照组(P0.05);破蛋率随蛋鸡日龄增加显著提高(P0.05);2)巨大芽孢杆菌组蛋壳碳、氮元素相对重量比显著高于对照组(P0.05),氧、镁、磷、钙等显著低于对照组(P0.05);3)巨大芽孢杆菌组血清碳酸酐酶含量显著低于对照组(P0.05),但血钙浓度显著高于对照组(P0.05),血磷差异不显著(P0.05);4)巨大芽孢杆菌显著改善了蛋壳晶体的微观结构,减少蛋壳表面裂纹。日粮添加巨大芽孢杆菌1259可以有效地改善产蛋后期蛋鸡蛋壳品质。

Abstract:To investigate effects of dietary supplementation of Bacillus magaterium 1259 on eggshell quality and serum parameters of laying hens,a total of 240 Hy-line brown laying hens aged 65 weeks were randomly divided into 2 groups with 6 replicates per group and 20 hens per replicate.Experimental groups were control group (basal diet) and treatment group (basal diet added 2×106 cfu/g B.magaterium 1259).After feeding for 4 weeks,the eggshell quality and serum biochemical indexes were detected in each 10 days respectively.The results showed that:1) Egg broken rate significantly decreased in treatment group (P<0.05).And the weight and strength of eggshell were also significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05).Egg broken rate also significantly increased with time;2) The comparative content of eggshell elements carbon and nitrogen in treatment were significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05),while oxygen,magnesium,phosphorus,calcium were significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05);3) The concentration of carbonic anhydrase in control group was significantly higher than the treatment (P<0.05),while calcium were significantly lower (P<0.05);4) Crystal microstructure of eggshell was improved and cracks of eggshell surface were reduced in treatment group.Taken together,diets added with B.magaterium 1259 improved eggshell quality of laying hens in the late period.
