授高油玉米花粉对普通玉米籽粒蛋白质积累及氮代谢相关酶活性的影响

摘    要:将高油玉米花粉给普通玉米授粉,研究杂交组合籽粒中蛋白质含量和氮代谢相关酶活性的变化情况。试验结果表明,与普通玉米自交相比,授高油玉米花粉的普通玉米籽粒中的蛋白质含量增加。高油玉米花粉提高了普通玉米叶片中硝酸还原酶和籽粒中谷氨酸脱氢酶的活性,籽粒中谷胺酰胺合成酶和谷氨酸合成酶的活性也有不同程度地提高。这种影响导致了杂交植株与普通玉米自交植株之间蛋白质合成能力的不同。

Abstract:Changes of protein accumulation and nitrogen metabolism related enzymes activities in the process of grain formation were studied by pollinating normal maize with high-oil corn''s pollen.The results showed that the content of protein was higher in normal corn pollinated with high-oil corn''s pollen than that of self-fertilized kernel;The xenia effect of high-oil corn did improve the nitrate reductase activity in the ear leaves and the glutamate dehydrogenase activity in normal corn kernel.There were different degrees of impact on the activities of glutamine synthase and glutamate synthase between the hybridization kernel and the self-fertilized kernel resulting in the difference of the competence of protein synthesizing between normal corn pollinated with high-oil corn''s pollen and the corresponding self-fertilized normal corn.
