| 摘 要： | 传统的蜂蜜生产投料方式多为地下投料池投料,存在劳动负荷大生产效率低,投料池有死角不易清洁、投料池泄露无法及时发现、投料池与地面接缝处积水无法清洁等问题。研究证实:通过设备改进,将地下投料池改为地上投料槽投料,同时增加投料泵、纯蒸汽发生器及投料罐,能够实现快速,提高蜂蜜生产效率,保证产品生产质量。值得在蜂蜜加工生产行业推广使用。

| Abstract: | The traditional method of honey production and feeding is mostly the feeding of the underground feeding tank. There are some problems, labor load is high, but the production efficiency is low, It’sdifficult to clean the dead angle of the feeding pool, the leakage of the feeding pool cannot be found in time, and water accumulation at the indirect seam between the feeding pool and the ground can not be cleaned, and so on. The research has confirmed that through the improvement of the equipment, the underground feeding pool is changed into the material feeding trough on the ground;the feeding pump, the pure steam generator and the feeding tank are added at the same time. The quick feeding can be realized, the production efficiency of the honey is improved, and the production quality of the product is ensured, so this way is worthy of being popularized and used in the honey processing and production industry. |
