摘    要:黑河流域水 -生态 -经济矛盾极为突出 ,干流中游荒漠绿洲农业与下游生态用水分配问题是诸多矛盾的焦点。国务院黑河分水方案实施两年多来 ,下游生态环境恶化得到了初步的遏制 ,相应中游地区的可用水资源量减少。本文应用 53个长期地下水观测井资料 ,对中游地区近 2 0 a来各季节地下水埋深变化趋势进行了分析 ,并计算了分水实施前后地下水位的变化幅度。结果表明 ,近 2 0 a来张掖甘州区地下水位降低趋势最明显 ,其次是临泽县和高台县 ;分水后以甘州区地下水降幅最大 ,其次是高台县 ,临泽县地下水降幅最小。分水后以夏秋季节变化最大 ,冬春季节相对较小。

Abstract:Water resources shortage and the unstable ecological systems are the most important problems in inland river basins of arid region . In order to restrain the ecological problems in downstream of Heihe river basin, a governmental programme has been conducted from 2000 to distribute water resources between the midstream and downstream. Therefore, the groundwater level in midstream will be decrease. In this paper, the author use data from 53 wells to analyze the seasonal groundwater level varied tendency in resent 20 years, and calculate the decreasing amount of groundwater level before and after water resources allocation. The results show that, in recent years, the groundwater level show evidently decreasing tendency, especially in the Ganzhou district, Zhangye city, and in Linze county lesser, in Gaotai county least. After the water resources allocation, the ground water level decreased vastly, especially in summer and autumn. The decreasing magnitude is most in Ganzhou, lesser in Gaoti county, least in Linze county.
