不同措施对黄瓜根结线虫的控制效果与效益

摘    要:采用田间对比试验的方法,研究分析不同防治措施对不同发病程度的根结线虫防治效果和经济效益.结果表明,垄沟式太阳能消毒、98%垄鑫、10%福气多、种植小青菜、生物熏蒸、添加石灰氮太阳能消毒、嫁接栽培8个处理对中度发生根结线虫防治效果分别为100%、92.7%、73.2%、14.3%、46.2%、69.0%、5.3%.投入产出比依次为1:9.02、1:4.55、1:7.65、1:2.51、1:3.76、1:6.05、1:1.87.随着发病程度加重,垄沟式太阳能消毒和垄鑫处理投入产出比提高,其他处理均依次降低.不同防治措施根结线虫防效和经济效益有显著差异,均随着发病程度的加重,其防效依次减轻.同一防治措施对不同发生程度根结线虫防治效果和效益显著不同.轻度发生根结线虫棚室优先采用福气多处理、添加石灰氮太阳能消毒土壤、生物熏蒸、垄沟式太阳能消毒、嫁接栽培和种植小青菜等防治措施;中度发生优先采用垄沟式太阳能消毒、垄鑫、添加石灰氮太阳能消毒、福气多处理土壤等防治措施;重度发生优先采用垄沟式太阳能消毒、垄鑫处理土壤等防治措施,既能有效控制根结线虫的危害,又能获得较高的投入产出比.
