栗、白、黄3种鹌鹑羽色的基因和表型关系及应用的研究

摘    要:朝鲜龙城系蛋用鹌鹑已分化出 3种毛色 :即龙城栗羽 ,北京白羽和黄羽。试验证明 ,3种羽色白均为伴性遗传并且存在如下关系 :白♂×栗♀→F1 栗♂白♀ ;黄♂×栗♀→F1 栗♂黄♀ ,后代均自别雌雄 ,而黄♂ (♀ )×白♀ (♂ )正反交 ,后代均能自别雌雄 ,黄♂×白♀→F1为栗♂黄♀ ;白♂×黄♀→F1 为栗♂白♀ ,试验进一步表明 :栗 (Y)和黄 (y) 在Z染色体上是一对等位基因 ,栗相对于黄为显性 :白羽是由位于Z染色体上的隐性白化基因b对Y或y上位作用所致。栗和黄两种鹌鹑的Z染色体上均有b的不白化等位基因B ,B相对于b为显性

Abstract:Korean Longcheng line egg laying quails have been divided into three kinds of feather color.They are Longcheng maroon,Beijing white and Zhoukou Henan yellow feather. The White(m)×the maroon(f)→F 1:the maroon (m) and the white (f), and the yellow (m) ×the maroon (f)→F 1:the maroon (m) and the yellow (f).F 1 from two cross ways all could be autosexing.The yellow (m or f)× the white (m or f)→F 1 were also autosexing, but the yellow (m)×the white (f)→F 1:the maroon (m) and the yellow (f) while the white (m)×the yellow (f)→F 1:the maroon (m) and the white (f).It was proved that the maroon feather,the yellow feather and the white feather are all Sex linked inheitance by the cross experiments that we had done and others.The maroon and yellow feather constituted a pair relative characters determined by a couple of alleles(Y,y)in the Z chromosome.The maroon feather was caused by a dominat allele Y,and the yellow feather was caused by a recessive allele y. The white was caused by a recessive albino gene(b)in Z chromosome which recessive epistasis to Y and y.There is a gene(B)in Z chromosome of the maroon feather quails or yellow feather quails with which albinogene b is alleles.At the same time,we've discovered barred gene and white stain gene in the normal chromosome of the white feather quails line,and breed them into barred quails line,maroon or yellow and white quails line.
