| 摘 要： | 南繁制种过程中有南繁用地租用关系缺乏长期性和稳定性、用地问题日益突出无序竞争和繁制种成本高,风险较大等问题,只有加强组织领导,强化密切合作加大投入力度,强化管理服务加强行业自律,强化规范生产,才是解决这些问题的对策。
