摘    要:目的]对广西现代林业科技园优良树种展示区的5种林地:灰木莲8年生(G1)、灰木莲45年生(G2)以及对照林地桉树林(CK1)、杉木林(CK2)、相思林(CK3)的0~20cm土层的微生物数量及土壤酶活性进行分析。方法]采用土壤生物试验法和土壤酶活性方法进行分析测定。结果]土壤微生物中细菌数量表现为CK2〉CK3〉G1〉G2〉CK1;真菌数量表现为CK1〉CK2〉G2〉CK3〉G1,放线菌数量表现为CK1〉CK2〉G2〉G1〉CK3;微生物总量表现为CK2〉CK3〉G1〉G2〉CK1。结论]不同林型土壤微生物三大类群数量,以细菌所占比例最大,其次为放线菌、真菌;各林地蛋白酶活性差异显著,果聚糖蔗糖酶活性差异不显著。

Analysis on Soil Microbes Amount and Enzyme Activity of Five Forest Lands Such as Manglietia glauca in Spring

Abstract:Objective]The research aimed to analyze the soil microbe amount and enzymes activity in 0-20 cm soil layer of five kinds of forests in good tree species showing area of Guangxi modern forest science and technology garden,including 8-year-old Manglietia glauca forest (G1) ,45-year-old Manglietia glauca forest(G2) ,control forest lands Eucalyptus forest (CK1) ,Cunninghamia lanceolata forest (CK2) ,Acacia confusa forest(CK3) .Method]The soil biological experimental method and soil enzymes activity method were used for the analysis and assay.Result]The bacteria amount of soil microbes was CK2>CK3>G1>G2>CK1.The fungi amount was CK1>CK2>G2>CK3>G1.The actinomycetes amount was CK1>CK2>G2>G1>CK3.The total amount of microbes was CK2>CK3>G1>G2>CK1.Conclusion]Among three groups of soil microbe in different forest lands,the proportion of bacteria was the largest,followed by actinomycetes and fungi.The soil protease activity among different forest lands had significant difference.Levansucrase activity among different forest lands had no significant difference.
