| 摘 要： | 苜蓿王、Spreador-3、Pick 3006和Pick 8925是从美国和加拿大引进的优良苜蓿品种,以国产中兰1号为对照品种,2002-2004年在兰州半干旱地区开展引种试验,2008年与2009年在半湿润区天水甘谷继续开展适应性试验,同时对其营养成分和抗旱指标进行测定。结果表明,引进的4个苜蓿品种,在半干旱、半湿润区均能正常生长生活,完成生育周期的全过程,无异常表现,未发现病虫害侵染,苜蓿王的抗旱性最强,鲜草产量在半干旱区兰州达68 715.8 kg/hm2,在半湿润区天水高达125 642.8 kg/hm2;Spreador-3具叶大、杆中实、抗倒伏等优良特性,对照中兰1号具优良抗旱性能,建议3种苜蓿在中国黄土高原半干旱地区及半湿润区推广种植。
