摘    要:分别采用体积分数为0%、1%、2%、3%、4%、5%的乙醇作为康乃馨(品种"马斯特")鲜切花的瓶插液,通过测定瓶插时间、鲜质量增加率、花径大小等指标筛选最佳体积分数,同时测定切花SOD、POD和CAT活性,丙二醛含量,呼吸速率,ACC合成酶和ACC氧化酶活性,ACC含量及乙烯释放量。结果表明,体积分数为3%的乙醇保鲜效果最佳,能增进切花吸水,增大花径,降低呼吸速率,延长瓶插时间85.9%;能明显增大SOD活性,降低丙二醛含量;POD、CAT活性小于对照;能有效阻止乙烯的合成,降低ACC合成酶的活性和ACC的含量,但是对ACC氧化酶的活性影响不显著。

Abstract:0%,1%,2%,3%,4%,and 5% ethanol were applied in vase solution and the fresh preservation of them on cut carnation flowers(cultivar Master)was tested.By analysis of vase life,flower weight,and flower-diameter,the best ethanol concentration was determined.On the basis,SOD,POD,CAT,MDA,respiration rate,ACC synthase,ACC oxidase,ACC content,and ethylene release of cut flower were measured respectively.Experimental results showed that 3% ethanol could effectively extend the vase life by 85.9%,increase cut-flower fre...
