| 摘 要： | 采用形态学观测法对黄土高原不同县域山杏种质资源变异情况进行调查观测,结果表明:黄土高原陕西麟游县、甘肃灵台县、华池县、庆城县四地山杏叶片、果实、种核等存在显著变异,共收集变异类型37种。37种类型间果重、叶面积、核重和出核率变异系数较大,达到20%以上,其余数量性状变异系数约10%。山杏核、仁的数量性状以及叶柄长、叶形指数、叶面积、果重、果长度、果宽度、果厚度与核重、仁重等经济性状显著相关,可以作为高产山杏选种的主要数量指标。根据种质资源的主要生物学性状进行聚类分析,将37个类型聚为五大类,聚类趋势大致是按果型或者核型聚类,同类间具有较多共同的形态特征。

| Abstract: | Morphological observation method was used to investigate the mutation of Armeniaca sibirica germplasm resources in different county areas in Loess Plateau.Significant difference were observed in leaf,fruit and seed stone among four areas.Thirty seven mutation types were collected.The variation coefficient in fruit weight,leaf area,stone weight and stone rate were quite high among 37 types,and over 20%.The variation coefficients of other quantitative characters were about 10%.The quantitative characters of s... |
