不同水质盐度对乌鳢(Ophiocephalus argus Cantor)胚胎发育及仔鱼生长的影响

摘    要:本文通过不同水质盐度对乌鳢胚胎及仔鱼发育影响的试验,得出乌鳢的胚胎发育对水质盐度的适应范围为0~13.68‰,适宜范围为1.50~7.12‰;其仔鱼较胚胎发育期耐盐能力相对较弱,适应范围为0~5.62‰,适宜范围为0~2.9‰。

Abstract:In this paper. the experiment on the effect of different salinity on embryonic development and the growth of fish larva of Ophiolephalus argus Cantor was made . The results indicatd that the adaptative range of salinity, to embryonic develop ment of Ophiolephalus argus Cantor was 0 - 13. 68‰, While the proper range of satinity was 1- 5-7. 12‰. The ability of salt-resistant of fish larva was weeker than embryo. The adaptative range of satinity was 0-5. 62‰, and the proper range of satinity was 0-2. 9‰.
