酶—超声提取金丝枣渣多糖方法的研究

摘    要:采用酶—超声提取法,从金丝枣渣中提取多糖,用苯酚—硫酸比色法测定多糖含量。探讨了提取金丝枣渣多糖的工艺条件,为酶—超声提取在工业生产上的应用积累参数。结果表明,提取金丝枣渣多糖的最佳工艺条件:提取时间为20min,浸提剂倍数为40,pH值为5.5,提取次数为2次,提取温度为50℃,酶加量为1.5%,多糖提取率为37.13%。此方法是一种简单快捷和高效的提取方法。

Abstract:Using enzymatic-ultrasonic extraction methods,polysaccharide was extracted from zizyphus jujube mill and the content was determined by phenol-vitriol colorimetry. To investigate the optimal preparation technique of extraction of polysaccharides from zizyphus jujuba mill,in order to cumulate the technical parameters on industrial production. The results showed that the optimal extracting condition extraction time 20 min,buffer ratio 40,pH 5.5,temperature 55 ℃,extracting 2 times,enzyme content 1.5% and the amylose content was 37.13%. The method of extraction appeared to be simple,convenient and efficient.
