饥饿胁迫对猛虾蛄溶菌酶和消化酶活性的影响

摘    要:为探究饥饿胁迫对猛虾蛄(Harpiosquilla harpax)各组织酶活性的影响,选择规格和体质量基本一致的120尾健康猛虾蛄进行试验。将试验虾随机分成4个平行组,分别于饥饿胁迫0、5、10和20 d采集样品,测定溶菌酶、胃蛋白酶、脂肪酶和淀粉酶的活性。结果显示:饥饿胁迫时长对溶菌酶和各消化酶的活性均有显著影响(P<0.05)。猛虾蛄血液、肠道、肝胰腺和肌肉组织中溶菌酶的活性均随着胁迫时间的延长呈现先升后降的变化趋势;饥饿胁迫后,猛虾蛄肝胰腺中胃蛋白酶活性的变化较小,而肠道中胃蛋白酶的活性在饥饿胁迫5 d后不断升高,并在20 d时达到3.34 U/mg;肠道和肝胰腺中脂肪酶的活性发生了显著变化(P<0.05),肠道中脂肪酶的活性随着饥饿时间的延长呈现先升后降的变化趋势,肝胰腺中脂肪酶的活性在饥饿胁迫的前10 d变化幅度较小,10 d后出现大幅度上升;肝胰腺淀粉酶的活性呈现先降后升的变化趋势,肠道内淀粉酶的活性呈现先升后降的变化趋势。试验结果表明,在饥饿胁迫期间,猛虾蛄可通过改变机体溶菌酶及消化酶的活性来维持生长和代谢。

Abstract:To investigate the effects of starvation stress on the activities of lysozyme and digestive enzymes in different tissues of Harpiosquilla harpax,120 healthy H.harpax with a similar size and body weight were selected and randomly divided into 4 parallel groups.The tissues of H.harpax were collected after 0,5,10 and 20 days of starvation,and the activities of lysozyme,pepsin,lipase and amylase in the tissues were measured,respectively.The results showed that:1)Lysozyme activity showed an“increase-decrease”trend in the blood,intestine,hepatopancreas and muscle during the stress test.2)There was little change of pepsin activity in the hepatopancreas,but the pepsin activity in the intestine increased continuously after 5 days of starvation and reached 3.34 U/mgprot at the 20 th day of stress.3)Lipase activity showed a“low-high-low”trend in the intestinal with significant differences(P<0.05).Lipase activity in hepatopancreas kept stable in first 10 days but increased significantly in last 10 days.4)The activity of amylase showed a“high-low-high”trend in the hepatopancreas during the stress test.On the contrary,amylase activity showed a“low-high-low”trend in the intestine.Above all,H.harpax can regulate the activity of lysozyme and digestive enzymes to maintain growth and metabolism during starvation.
