氮、磷、钾营养对直杆蓝桉幼苗生物量的效应研究

摘    要:采用(311-A)最优混合设计,通过不同氮、磷、钾营养施肥配比对直杆蓝桉幼苗生长效应的试验研究,结果表明:氮、磷、钾不同配比对桉树幼苗生物量影响极显著;直杆蓝桉生物量与氮、磷、钾三元素用量较好拟合三元二次方程回归模型,通过回归分析结果得出氮、磷、钾的最佳用量分别为1 kg干基质(盆)0.222 g、0.177 g和0 g.

Abstract:A pot experiment with optimal regression design(311-A) was conducted to study the effects of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium on the growth of Eucalyptus maideni F.Muel seedlings.The result indicated that the fertilizers of N,P and K had highly significant effects on the biomass of E.maideni seedlings.A fitted regression equation was established between the biomass of the plant and the fertilizer rates of N,P and K,and the optimum fertilizer application was deduced,which was 0.222 g N + 0.177 g P2O5 and 0 K2O g per pot(1kg dry medium).
