| 摘 要： | 1989～1992年从兰州市及其邻近县6个鸡场获得送检病料766份,对获得纯培养的279株肠道杆菌进行了生理生化和初步的血清学试验.结果表明,70株为沙门氏菌,其中绝大多数(63株)是鸡伤寒-白痢沙门氏菌;179株是大肠埃希氏菌;另有30株未被分类.L种鸡场分离的大肠埃希氏菌对1～1.5月龄公鸡有致病力。

| Abstract: | During the period of 1989 and 1992, a total of 766 samples were collected from 6 poultry farms in or nearby Lanzhou, Gansu, China. The pure cultures of 279 enterobacterial strains were isolated and examined physiobiochemically and serologically. On the basis of the results examined, 70 strains were classified as Genus Salmonella. Of 70 Strains, 63 were identified as Salmonella pullorum. The other bacteria were 179 strains of Escberichia coli and the remaining 30 strains still were not classified. Some strains of E. coli isolated from L Poultry Breeding Farm possessed pathogenicity to 1～1.5 month-old cocks. |
