摘    要:本实验采用免疫组织化学方法及酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)对鸡新城疫弱毒活苗消化道直接免疫后,对其免疫机制和免疫效果进行了研究。 7日龄前,雏鸡肠道无免疫球蛋白G阳性细胞出现。7日龄后出现并缓慢上升,第二次免疫(嗉囊免疫、饮水免疫)后增长明显,出现峰值。免疫组与对照组差异显著,表明雏鸡胃肠道具有保持产生局部抗体的功能,并且血清IgG抗体效价的消长与之呈现相关免疫状态。胃肠道T淋巴细胞在第一次免疫(嗉囊免疫、饮水免疫)后10天和二免后5~10天出现峰值,然后下降并稳定在一定水平,证明细胞免疫参与鸡新城疫消化道免疫。

Abstract:Utilizing immunohistochemical techniques and the enzyme-linked im-munosorbent assay (ELISA), the immune mechanism and immune effect after direct alimentary vaccination with lentogenic live vaccine of Newcastle disease virus(NDV) wers studied. In five-day-old chickens, IgG-containing cells were not found in the alimentary tract. IgG-containing cells were present in the intestine in 7-day-old chickens after the first vaccination ( crop injection, drinking water) and increased gradually. Marked increase in IgG-containing cells was seen in various organs after revaccination ( crop injection,drinking water ) .The number of IgG-containing cells in immune groups was much higher than that of the controls, suggesting that alimentary tract keeps the ability of producing local antibody. Titers of IgG antibody in serum were parallel with the immune condition of the alimentary tract. It was revealed that the carve peak of T lymphocytes was observed on day 10 after the first vaccination and on day 5 or 10 after revaccination. In contrast, T lymphocytes of control group increased slowly. The results show that cell-mediated immunity plays a considerable role in the alimentary immunity of NDV.
