银杏总RNA的提取

摘    要:进行了CTAB和异硫氰酸胍两种不同的提取方法提取银杏RNA的研究。结果表明,两种方法均可以从银杏叶片中提取RNA,其中CTAB法可以较好地去除酚类物质和多糖对RNA的影响,提取的RNA纯度较高,而异硫氰酸胍提取RNA产率低,同时存在不同程度的降解。

Abstract:Ginkgo biloba leaves had abundant polysaccharides,polyphenol and other matters.Different methods of RNA extraction were adopted by CTAB and guanidinum thiocyanate methods.The two methods both could obtain RNA from Ginkgo biloba leaves.But the influence of polysaccharides and polyphenol could be better removed by CTAB method and the extracted RNA was of high purity.Production rate of RNA was low by guanidinum thiocyanate mehod and the production was degraded in different degrees.
