| 摘 要： | 本试验用三种激素各配成不同浓度的溶液,定期喷洒苎麻幼苗,观察分析了植株的生长、根系发育、干物质累积以及光合强度、养分吸收等生理功能的表现。结果表明,以三十烷醇0.5ppm处理的麻苗长势最好,而赤霉素100ppm 处理的麻苗,在株高、光合强度等方面,也有极明显的反应。

| Abstract: | Three kinds of plant hormones solution in different concentration are applied to treat ramie seedlings.The concentration of each hormone what narrated above are: NAA in 30;50;100;200ppm.,GA_3 in 30;50;100;200ppm,and TRIA in0.1;0.3;0.5;1.0;3.0ppm. For fourty days,the growth of ramie seedling and its develop of root system and other physiological reaction have been observed carefully.The results indicated that the ramie which was treated with 0.Sppm TRIA shows a wonderful influence upon the tall of plant and length of root system wonderful influence upon not only the tall of plant and length of root system, but also the weight of dry matter and the strength of photosynthesis, |
