十字花科蔬菜根肿病抗性遗传及抗病育种研究进展

摘    要:综述了十字花科主要蔬菜根肿病抗性遗传规律与抗病育种等方面的研究进展。在抗性遗传规律上,对甘蓝、白菜类根肿病抗性遗传研究较多,且多集中在抗性基因与CR位点连锁的分子标记及根肿病抗性QTL的遗传定位上;甘蓝根肿病的抗性是由多基因控制的数量性状遗传,且已获得20多个甘蓝根肿病抗性QTL;白菜根肿病抗性基因之间是相对保持独立的,且已经发现8个抗根肿病基因。在抗病育种方面,对大白菜研究的比较深入,获得相应的抗根肿病分子标记较多,且选育出了一些抗病材料,并进行了商品化应用;甘蓝根肿病的抗性遗传规律较复杂,获得纯系抗病材料的难度很大,因而育种进程缓慢。针对以上现状,对十字花科根肿病的研究方向及可能性进行了展望。

Abstract:Abstract: The research progress on the genetics of resistance and disease-resistant breeding of the mainvegetables clubroot in Cruciferae was reviewed. In respect of inheritance of resistance, more studies aboutthe clubroot of Brassica pekinensis and Brassica oleracea have been done, which were more concentrated onthe resistance genes, molecular markers linked to CR loci and genetic mapping of QTL resistance to clubroot.The clubroot of Brassica oleracea belonged to the inheritance of quantitative trait controlled by multiplegenes, and more than 20 clubroot resistance QTLs were obtained. The clubroot resistance genes of Brassicapekinensis were relatively independent, and 8 clubroot resistance genes were found. In the field of diseaseresistantbreeding, the study of Brassica pekinensis was relatively thorough, and more molecular markersof the clubroot resistance were acquired. Furthermore, some resistant materials have been selected, whosecommercial applications were realized. The disease-resistant pure lines of Brassica oleracea were obtaineddifficultly because of its complex inheritance of resistance, thus the breeding process was slow. Consideringthe above current situation, the research direction and possibility of cruciferous vegetable clubroot in thefuture were prospected.
