| 摘 要： | 目的]采用浸叶法和浸虫法测定金龟子绿僵菌在不同浓度下对小菜蛾的室内毒力。方法]以小菜蛾3龄幼虫为供试虫源，用浸叶法和浸虫法研究金龟子绿僵菌在2种侵染途径下对小菜蛾的室内毒力，并对感染反应的时间与剂量效应作综合分析。结果]在2种方法处理下。10^5～10^9个孢子／ml浓度的金龟子绿僵菌孢悬液对小菜蛾均有杀伤作用，同一浓度下浸虫法优于浸叶法。在浸叶法中，金龟子绿僵菌对小菜蛾第3天的LD。对数剂量为15．48，第8天的加。对数剂量为11．93；在浸虫法中，金龟子绿僵菌对小菜蛾第3天的凹。对数剂量为9．25，第8天的蛾．对数剂量为8．73。10^9个孢子／ml金龟子绿僵菌处理的小菜蛾在第8天校正死亡率达到92．86％，其￡％为1．95d。结论]该研究为田间应用金龟子绿僵菌防治小菜蛾提供理论依据。
