摘    要: 对水分胁迫下甘薯离体叶片失水速率和叶片渗透调节物质与品种抗旱性关系的研究表明 ,水分胁迫下不同甘薯品种离体叶片失水速率比对照均明显减慢 ;叶片中可溶性糖含量和游离氨基酸总量比对照均明显增加 ,K+ 含量明显下降 ,游离脯氨酸含量有不同程度的增加。叶片中可溶性糖、总游离氨基酸和K+ 的相对值 (占对照 % )与品种抗旱性均呈极显著正相关 (r分别为 0 .9374、0 .92 2 9和 0 .835 9,P <0 .0 1) ;离体叶片失水速率的相对值与品种抗旱性呈显著负相关 (r=- 0 .5 4 5 0

Abstract:The relationship between water loss rate of cutting leaves and osmotic regulators under water stress and drought resistance of different sweet potato varieties was studied. The results showed that the water loss rate of cutting leaves all slowed down. Soluble sugar and total free amino acid contents in sweet potato leaves all increased, but K content decreased obviously, and their relative contents correlated significantly positively (r were 0.9374, 0.9229 and 0.8359 respectively, P<0.01) to drought resistance. The relative values of water loss rate of cutting leaves correlated significantly negatively (r was -0.5450,P<0.05). Free proline content increased in different extent, and its correlation to drought resistance was not significant (r=0.2583, P=0.3526). Therefore, except free proline, the indexes can be used to evaluate the drought resistance of different sweet potato varieties.
