| 摘 要： | 用高效液相色谱法同时测定复方氟苯尼考粉剂中氟苯尼考、盐酸多西环素、甲氧苄啶乳酸盐的含量。色谱条件:固定相为C18柱(5m,4.6150mm),流动相为0.2mol/L高氯酸钠溶液(用0.1mol/L盐酸调节至pH3.0):乙腈=73:27,检测波长220nm,流速1.0mL/min,进样量20L。氟苯尼考、盐酸多西环素、甲氧苄啶乳酸盐三组分的回收率分别为(98.90.9)%、(99.91.0)%、(99.60.5)%,线性范围分别为0.016~0.08、0.032~0.16、0.016~0.08mg/mL,相关系数分别为0.99998、0.9996、0.99998。本方法操作简便、快捷,结果准确、可靠。

| Abstract: | A simple, rapid and accurate method was developed for simultaneous determination of florfenicol,doxycycline hyclate and trimethoprim lactate in compound florfenicol powder. The method involves quanti-tative evaluation of the mixture of drugs after separation by high performance liquid chromatography on C18column (5m, 4.6150 mm) and detected by UV detector at 220 nm with 0.2 mol/L sodium perchloratesolution (pH 3.0, adjusted by 0.1 mol/L hydrochloric acid): acetonitrile (73:27) as the mobile phase. Meanrecoveries for florfenicol, doxycycline hyclate and trimethoprim lactate were (98.90.9)%, (99.91.0)% and(99.60.5)%. The linearity ranges were 0.016~0.08 mg/mL, 0.032~0.16 mg/mL and 0.016~0.08 mg/mL,and the correlation coefficients were 0.999 98, 0.999 6 and 0.999 98 for standard solutions of florfenicol,doxycycline hyclate and trimethoprim lactate, respectively. |
