温度和湿度对云南松种子发芽的影响

摘    要:为了解温度和湿度对云南松种子发芽的影响规律,采用3×3回归设计,在人工气候箱15℃、25℃、35℃和60%、80%、100%三种温度和湿度条件下进行云南松种子发芽试验。结果表明,发芽率与温度和湿度之间呈极显著的二次抛物线关系,发芽的最佳温度为19.6℃、最佳湿度为82.6%,对应的最高发芽率为96.9%。

Abstract:In order to understand the effect of temperature and humidity on seed germination of Pinus yunnanensis,germination test is carried out under 15℃,25℃,35℃ respectively,together with humidity at 60%,80%,100% in 3×3 regression design.The results showed that germination percentage was closely in relation with temperature and humidity on a quadratic parabola pattern.The maximum germination temperature is 19.6℃ with humidity at 82.6% and the corresponding germination percentage was 96.9%.
