摘    要:利用具有优质亚基构成的材料进行正反交,用SDS-PAGE凝胶电泳法对经田间鉴定选收的优异F1世代的32个组合进行了高分子量麦谷蛋白亚基(HMW-GS)遗传规律分析。结果表明,HMW-GS由复等位基因控制,F1代HMW-GS具有共显性。Glu-1位点的复等位基因在F1代籽粒中两两共显时,有正反交区别存在。亚基在F1代的基因表达存在剂量效应。F1籽粒的亚基图谱中,除具双亲共显外,还多了某些非父非母带型,即遗传畸变,也出现了不完全表达。提出了利用优质亚基及其组合在宁夏春小麦品种品质改良上的看法。

Abstract:Reciprocal crosses were done with the material having good quality subunit construction.The heredity law of HMW-GS in 32 combinations of good F1 generation selected through the field identification was analyzed in SDS-PAGE test.The result showed that HMW-GS was controlled by multiple alleles,and HMW-GS in F1 generation had codominance.When the multiple alleles of Glu-1 site were codominant with two parents dominant together in F1 generation grain,there was a difference between original cross and reciprocal cross.The genic express of the subunit in F1 generation had dose effects.Except parents displayed together,the band patterns different from father and mother parents,i.e.genetic aberration,were incompletely expressed in the subunit map of grain of F1 generation.Some suggestions on improving spring wheat quality with high quality subunits and their combinations in Ningxia province were proposed.
