斯氏侧沟茧蜂对草地贪夜蛾幼虫的寄生行为及寄生效应

摘    要:草地贪夜蛾入侵我国后快速扩散,发现和保护利用本土天敌是有效抑制其暴发为害的重要途径。本研究以长沙地区农田常见的斯氏侧沟茧蜂为研究对象,系统观察了其对不同龄期草地贪夜蛾幼虫的寄生行为,测定了被寄生草地贪夜蛾幼虫体重和取食量的变化。结果表明,斯氏侧沟茧蜂能寄生2~4龄草地贪夜蛾幼虫,可显著抑制其体重增量和取食量,有效阻滞其进入暴食期,并最终致其死亡。说明斯氏侧沟茧蜂可有效寄生草地贪夜蛾幼虫,并抑制其生长和取食,对其具有一定生物防控能力,是值得保护和利用的本土寄生蜂。

Abstract:Spodoptera frugiperda has invaded China and spread rapidly, the discovery and protection of native natural enemies is a significant way to effectively suppress its outbreaks. In this study, the parasitic behavior of Microplitis similis collected from Changsha, China on different instar larvae of S.frugiperda was observed. And the change of the body weight and feed intake of the parasitized larvae were measured. The results showed that M.similis could successfully parasitized the 2nd to 4th instars larvae of S.frugiperda, significantly inhibited the body weight gain and food intake of larvae. Parasitics effectively suppressed food intake of larvae and eventually led to its death. The results indicated that the native M.similis could effectively parasitize the larvae of S.frugiperda, and inhibited its growth and food intake. Obviously, M.similis has certain biological control ability and is worthy of protection and utilization.
