杀虫杀螨剂对柑桔全爪螨和腹管食螨瓢虫的选择毒性

摘    要:室内测定结果表明,8种杀虫杀螨剂对柑桔全爪螨和腹管食螨瓢虫的成虫与幼虫的毒性,以双甲脒对柑桔全爪螨雌成螨的药效最高;三氯杀螨醇、机油乳剂和柴油乳剂对腹管食螨瓢虫成虫有选择作用,三氯杀螨醇、杀虫脒、普特丹和双甲脒对腹管食螨瓢虫幼虫(三龄)有选择作用,其中双甲脒选择作用最高,对腹管食螨瓢虫最为安全。柴油乳剂对腹管食螨瓢虫幼虫敏感,而水胺硫磷对腹管食螨瓢虫成虫和幼虫均较敏感。在常用三氯杀螨醇和杀虫脒的老果园,因害螨产生抗药性,对食螨瓢虫幼虫失去了选择作用,其毒性比均在1.0以下。

Abstract:The toxicity of 8 insecticides and miticides was detected on citrus red mite (Panonychus citri) and mite-feeding ladybird (Stethorus siphonulus) in the laboratory. The results are briefly stated as follows; (1) Dicofol, machine oil emulsion and diesel oil emulsion have the selective toxicity between the adults of the ladybird and the mite. Dicofol, chlorpenamidine hydrochloride, cyhexatin and amitraz also have the selective toxicity between third instar of the ladybird and the female adult of the mite, but no selective toxicity in propargite and machine oil emulsion. The adults and larvae of the ladybird are sensitive to optunal, and the larvae also are less sensitive to diesel oil emulsion. (2)Amitraz is the most effective to the female adult of the mite among the pesticides above. So it is considered that amitraz is safer for the ladybird. (3) The toxicity ratio between the ladybird and the female adult of the mite about dicofol and chlorpenamidine hydrochloride was below 1.0 in the orchards often treated by these pesticides.
