摘    要:水稻群体源库特性受品种遗传力控制较小,而受栽培条件的影响较大,所以栽培措施是调节水稻源库关系的一种主要手段。本文通过研究密度和施N时期对穗重型水稻垦稻12和穗数型水稻垦稻17源库关系的影响发现,N肥后移对两个品种分蘖成穗率都有明显的促进作用,不同密度下穗重型水稻垦稻12在D2处理下分蘖成穗率最高,而穗数型水稻垦稻17则在D3处理下表现较好。在对叶面积指数(LAI)的影响上,穗数型品种在生育后期比穗重型品种具有更高的LAI,N肥适当后移有利于增加最大LAI和成熟期LAI,垦稻12和垦稻17LAI最适的密度分别为D2和D3处理。在粒叶比上,穗重型的垦稻12明显高于穗数型的垦稻17,垦稻12在D2密度下,垦稻17在D3密度下,N4处理最有利于二者粒叶比的提高。

Abstract:Source-sink characteristics of rice population were less controlled by variety heritability but greater affected by cultivation conditions,cultivation measures is a primary mean to regulate source-sink relationship of rice.In this article,we studied density and N application time on source-sink relationship of panicle weight-type rice variety Kendao12 and panicle number-type rice variety Kendao17.The result showed that N application at later stages had significant effect in promoting ear-bearing tiller percentage of two rice varieties.Panicle weight-type rice variety Kendao12 in density treatment D2 and panicle number-type rice variety Kendao17 in density treatment D3 had the highest ear-bearing tiller percentage.On leaf area index(LAI),number-type rice variety had higher LAI than panicle weight-type rice variety.Applicating N at proper later stages can increase the largest LAI and LAI in mature stage,the optimal density of Kendao12 and Kendao17 are in D2 treatment and D3 treatment respectively.Panicle weight-type rice variety Kendao12 had higher grain-leaf ratio than panicle number-type rice variety Kendao17,Kendao12 in D2 treatment and Kendao17 in D3 treatment,N4 is the most conducive measure to improve grain-leaf ratio of two varieties.
