| 摘 要： | 目的]为了研究板栗育苗技术。方法]于2003~2006年从播种深度、嫁接时间、嫁接方法、松绑时间对板栗育苗技术进行了研究。结果]板栗在驻马店春播比秋播好。春播(通过湿沙层积)播种深度以5~6 cm为佳,出苗率达98.5%;劈接、切接、腹接、带木质部芽接宜在3月上中旬进行,适宜的解绑时间是7月下旬~8月上旬。芽接宜在7~8月份进行,适宜的解绑时间是嫁接后40 d。结论]该研究为驻马店地区提高苗木嫁接成活率和保证苗木正常生长提供了依据。

| Abstract: | Objective] The purpose of the research is to study hairy chestnut seedling culture technology.Method] Hairy chestnut seedling culture technology was studied on sowing depth,grafting time and method,slacking time in 2003～2006.Result] Spring sowing was better than fall sowing for hairy chestnut in Zhumadian region.The sowing depth of spring sowing(through the stratification of damp sand) was optimum at 5～6 cm,and the seedling emergence rate was up to 98.5%.Chop,chip,abdomen grafting and bud grafting with xylem went well in early and middle March and the suitable slacking time was from late July to early August.Bud grafting went well in July and August,and the suitable slacking time was at 40 days after grafting.Conclusion] The study supplied basis for increasing the grafting survival rate of seedlings and ensuring normal growth of seedlings in Zhumadian region. |
