干旱胁迫对豌豆幼苗生理生化指标的影响

摘    要:研究干旱胁迫下豌豆幼苗相关生理生化指标的变化,结果表明:随着干旱胁迫时间的延长,豌豆幼苗组织的游离氨基酸和还原糖含量呈上升趋势,VC含量先降后升,叶绿素含量呈先升后降、最后又上升的趋势;总体上菜豌保持相对较高的游离氨基酸总量、还原糖含量、叶绿素和VC含量,朱沙红则相反。3个品种的抗旱性强弱依次为:菜豌>黑眉一号>朱沙红。

Abstract:The related changes of drought stress on some physiological and biochenical indexes of pea seeding were studied.The results showed that the content of total free amino and reducing sugar were increased with the increase of drought stress.The different varieties gave the result that vitamin C content at the seeding stage were increased after decreasing a little under drought stress,and chlorophyll content was still at the seeding stage decreased after increasing a little,but increased at the end.The content ...
