| 摘 要： | 加快农业转型升级和发展方式转变是贯彻落实科学发展观的根本要求,是实现农业现代化的必然选择.东部地区在加快农业转型升级和发展方式转变上应该走在全国的前列,文章以浙江省为例,基于浙江省经济发展的现状和转型升级的战略背景,深入分析新时期现代农业发展面临的挑战和问题,提出了中国东部地区加快农业转型升级和发展方式转变的总体思路、战略路径与战略重点.
