| 摘 要： | 2013年世界肉类市场走势平稳,肉类产量和贸易量持续稳步增长,价格总体持平,各品种间价格走势各异,其中牛肉价格持平,猪肉和禽肉价格上涨,羊肉价格下跌。2013年世界乳品小幅增产,价格持续高位运行。预计2014年世界畜产品市场将面临较大的挑战,波动将更加明显。

| Abstract: | In 2013, world meat markets were stable, meat production and trade volume continued to grow steadily, overall price level kept balance, price trends were different among different varieties, and in which, beef price was steady, pork and poultry prices increased, mutton price decreased. Production of world dairy products increased slightly in 2013, and price continued to run at a high level. Look forward to 2014, world livestock products market will face great challenges, and fluctuations will be more obvious. |
