蔬菜中有机磷农药残留测定方法的研究

摘    要:用DB1毛细管柱,带PFPD检测器的气相色谱仪定量检测蔬菜中7种有机磷农药残留。该方法最低检出浓度为0.002~0.02mg/kg;蔬菜样品中的添加浓度为0.5~1.5μg/ml时,添加回收率为85.2%~103.4%,相对标准偏差为2.8%~14.6%。

Abstract:In this text,seven kinds of organic phosphorus in the vegetables were tested with DB-1 capillary post and the chromatograph of gaseous phase with PFPD detection.The lowest testing concentration was from 0.002~0.02?mg/kg and the amount added in the vegetables sample was 0.5~1.5? μg/ml hour and the rate of recovery was 85.2%~103.4%.The relatively standard deviation was 2.8%~14.6%.
