| Abstract: | The development and utilization of health care function of beet dietary fiber and beet pulp pellet as feedstuff were introduced. The beet dietary fiber may prevent for diabetes, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, or reduce cholesterol and weight, or assist digestion. Even it could become one of the main functional foods in the 21st century. |
