摘    要:综述了甜菜膳食纤维具有减肥、预防糖尿病、促进消化、降低胆固醇、预防心脑血管疾病等保健功能和颗粒粕饲料的开发应用情况,认为其将成为21世纪主流的功能性食品之一。

Abstract:The development and utilization of health care function of beet dietary fiber and beet pulp pellet as feedstuff were introduced. The beet dietary fiber may prevent for diabetes, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, or reduce cholesterol and weight, or assist digestion. Even it could become one of the main functional foods in the 21st century.
