摘 要: | 目的]初步阐明双参的降血糖作用机制。方法]采用四氧嘧啶制作试验性糖尿病小鼠模型,以比色分析法测定心、肝、肾组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果]双参能提高试验性糖尿病小鼠的心、肝、肾组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性,并能降低心、肝和肾组织中MDA的含量。结论]双参具有降低试验性糖尿病小鼠血糖的作用,而这种作用可能是由清除自由基及抗脂质过氧化过程实现的。

Abstract: | Objective] To elaborate hypoglycemic mechanism of Triplostegia glandulifera Wall..Method] By the experimental mouse model of diabetes induced by alloxan,the activity of superoxide dismutasc(SOD) and the amount of malondialdehyde(MDA) of heart,liver and kidney were determined with colorimetric analysis method.Result] Triplostegia glandulifera can improve SOD activity in heart,liver and kidney of diabetes mouse and decrease MDA content.Conclusion] Triplostegia glandulifera could decrease blood sugar on diabetic mouse through clearing free radicals and process of antilipid pcroxidation. |
