食品化学课程创新教学模式的探索

摘    要:利用网络辅助教学,从教学内容、教学方法与手段和考核方式等方面进行了食品化学课程教学模式的改革与实践。实践效果表明,这种教学模式有利于拓展学生知识视野,提高学生创新能力,充分调动学生学习的积极性,增强学习兴趣。

Exploration of the Creative Teaching Model in Food Chemistry Course

Abstract:Based on the network-assisted teaching,the reform and practice of teaching model for food chemistry course were carried out in aspects of teaching contents,teaching methods,assessment methods.The practice effect showed that this kind of teaching model was beneficial to the development of students' knowledge,improved the students' ability of innovation,fully mobilized the enthusiasm of students,stimulated students' learning interest.
