| 摘 要： | 目的]探索猪瘟疫苗首次和二次免疫的最佳时间。方法]通过猪瘟正向间接血凝试验,对绿兴种猪场5头母猪及其哺乳的25头仔猪的猪瘟抗体水平进行检测。结果]试验母猪和仔猪的猪瘟抗体水平均较高。当母猪的母源抗体进行1∶64稀释和凝集价为++++时,可不进行超免,首次免疫在产后30 d左右最佳。这说明该猪场制定的猪瘟免疫程序比较合理,能够发挥较好的保护作用。结论]该研究可为猪场免疫程序的制订提供参考。

| Abstract: | Objective] The research aimed to discuss the best time for the first and second immunization of swine fever vaccine.Method] By indirect haemagglutination test,the pig fever antibody level of 5 sows and their 25 piglets in Lvxing pig breeding farm was detected.Result] The pig fever antibody level of sows and their piglets were both higher.When the maternal antibody of sows was diluted by 64 times and agglutination titer was ++++,ultra pre-immunization was unnecessary.The best time for the first immunization was the 30th day after parturition.This indicated that the immune procedure of pig fever in this pig farm was reasonable and it could play better protection roles.Conclusion] The research could provide reference for making the immune procedure in pig farm. |
