| Abstract: | In order to help people understand the divisional and classified governance of forest fires correctly and make the concept serve the forest fire prevention practices,the basic connotation of the theory was expounded from the aspects of the subjects,objects,main contents,operation mechanism,means of the divisional and classified governance of forest fires and so on. |
