| 摘 要： | 在农村劳动力迁移的背景下，采用理论分析的方法，比较了土地流转和土地调整的资源配置效率。从而得出，当农户间的劳动生产率相同时，市场配置资源是有效的，土地调整与封闭农村社区的土地流转在配置资源的效率上完全等价，而土地调整还在节约信息搜寻成本和交易谈判成本上略占优势。

| Abstract: | Under the background of rural labor migration,using the theoretical analysis method,the resource allocation efficiency of land circulation and adjustment was compared.When the farmer's labor productivity was the same,the market allocation of resources was effective.The resource allocation efficiency of land adjustment was equal to that of land circulation in closed rural communities.And the land adjustment was dominant for saving the costs of message searching and transacting negotiations. |
