新型化学益生剂对仔猪腹泻的防制

摘    要:为了探讨新型化学益生剂甘露聚糖 -寡糖 (mannanoligosaccharides,MOS)对家畜肠道致病菌的去粘附及免疫调节作用的机制 ,进行了初生仔猪的饲养试验以及致病性大肠肝菌的分离、鉴定及其与猪红细胞的凝集试验 .初生仔猪的饲养试验选用了三元杂交初生仔猪 6 0只 ,随机分成 2组 ,处理组口服 MOS的商品制剂(Bio- MOS) ,对照组则口服同体积的蒸馏水 ,试验期 2 8d.结果表明 ,初生仔猪添加 Bio- MOS,可明显提高仔猪的日增重 (P<0 .0 5) ,降低腹泻发生率 (P<0 .0 5) ,提高机体的细胞免疫和体液免疫水平 .分离到的致病性大肠杆菌可与猪红细胞发生凝集 ,而此凝集反应可被甘露糖、果糖和 Bio- MOS所抑制 .由此可见 ,致病性大肠杆菌粘附于肠上皮的作用可被这些糖类所阻断 ,因而可以预防仔猪的大肠杆菌性腹泻 .

Abstract:For the purpose of probing into the mechanisms of effects of new prebiotics such as mannanoligosaccharide(MOS) on detachment and immunity regulation of enteric pathogen colonization, the feeding trial of neonate piglets and some other tests such as isolation and identification of pathogenic Escherichia coli and agglutination with bacteria vs swine RBC. Sixty three way crossbred neonate piglets were randomly divided into two groups: the test group was orally administered Bio MOS each day; the control one was administered same volume distilled water as the test one. The trial lasted for 28 days. The results showed that adding Bio MOS to neonate piglets could markedly improve daily gains ( P <0.05), lower the incidence of diarrhea ( P <0.05 ) and strengthen body's cellular and humoral immunity as well as non specific immunity. The isolated pathogenic E. coli could be agglutinated by swine RBC, and this agglutination reaction could be inhibited by mannose, fructose and Bio MOS. This implies that the attachment of the pathogenic E. coli to the intestinal epithelial could be blocked by these sugars, thereby the coliform diarrhea of piglet could be prevented.
