周麦18号小麦生理生化特性及其与产量性状的关系研究

摘    要:以新麦18号(CK1)和豫麦49号(CK2)为对照,对周麦18号小麦品种生理生化特性及其产量构成进行了研究。结果表明,周麦18号产量构成因素比较协调,其千粒重最高,为48.8g,分别较新麦18号、豫麦49号提高21.1%、32.2%。周麦18号在灌浆期具有较高的叶面积指数、较稳定的净光合速率、较低的冠层温度,灌浆强度达1.28g/(d.千粒),还具有较强的碳、氮代谢活性以及灌浆中后期较强的根系活力,这些特性是周麦18号高产稳产的保证。

Physiological and Biochemical Properties and Their Relations with Yield Characters of Zhoumai 18
Abstract:The physiological and biochemical characteristics and their relations with grain yield composition of Zhoumai 18 were studied during the wheat growing period,taking Xinmai 18 and Yumai 49 as the control varieties.The results showed that the main reason of high yield for Zhoumai 18 was higher thousand kernel weight and leaf area index,more stable net photosynthetic rate and lower canopy temperature,which could effectively maintained the higher grain filling intensity.In addition,the content of total soluble proteins and total soluble sugars also indicated that Zhoumai 18 had the higher activity of carbon and nitrogen metabolism in leaves.The higher root vitality guaranteed full grain filling and better maturing phase.
