南方红豆杉种子后熟生理的研究

摘    要:对南方红豆杉种子后熟过程的生理生化变化进行研究,结果表明。种子形态成熟时,种胚发育不完全是其最初不能萌发的根本原因。经过长时间的综合变温层积,种胚在完成其形态发育的同时,生理生化功能亦渐趋完善,种皮的透性不良与种内抑制物的存在,是延缓种胚后熟过程的主要因素。通过层积处理,可以提高种子的发芽率和成苗率。

Abstract:A study has been made on physiological and biochemical changes of Taxas mariei seed in the process of afterripening. Results indicate that when the seed comes to mature morphologically, its embryo only develops partially, which is the initial basic reason why the seed can not germinate. During the long period of stratification at varied temperatures, the embryo undergoes further morphological development, at the same time its physiological and biochemical functions are being perfected. Further experiments show that had aeration of the seed coat and a large amount of endogenous inhibitor are the main causes for the delayed embryo afterripening, and through stratification, the germination percent of the seeds and the survival rate of the seedlings are both increased.
