摘    要:动物性食品卫生学是动物医学专业的一门综合性很强的专业必修课程,在教学过程中要求理论知识讲授与实践教学并重,二者互为补充、缺一不可。近年来,动物源性食品安全问题越来越受到人们的重视,该课程所讲授的内容在保障养殖业安全、公共卫生安全及动物源性食品安全等方面具有重要的作用。阐述了通过改善教学方法、优化实验教学内容、加强教学基地建设、完善考核制度等方式,提高动物性食品卫生学本科教学质量和学生的生产实践技能。


Investigation on Transformation of Undergraduate Animal Derived Food Hygiene Classroom Teaching and Practice Education
Abstract:Animal Derived Food Hygiene is a comprehensive compulsory course in veterinary medicine.In the course of teaching,theoretical knowledge and practical teaching should be emphasized.They are both complementary and indispensable.In recent years,the issue of animal source food safety has been paid more and more attention.The contents of Animal Derived Food Hygiene play important roles in ensuring the safety of breeding industry,public health safety and animal food safety.We carried out a teaching reform by improving teaching methods,optimizing experiment teaching contents,strengthening the construction of teaching base,and perfecting examination system to improve the quality of classroom teaching of Animal Derived Food Hygiene and practice ability of students.
