河南麦区小麦纹枯病菌致病性分化与多样性研究

摘    要:目的]研究河南麦区小麦纹枯病菌的组成和致病性分化现象。方法]以豫麦49和豫麦9023为试材,进行小麦纹枯病菌的分离、小麦纹枯病菌细胞核计数、纹枯病菌生长速度比较及致病性测定试验。结果]从河南省32个县(区)麦田病株中分离出57株小麦纹枯病菌,经过细胞核染色后发现,其中包括48个双核菌株,占84.21%,9个多核菌株,占15.79%。分别测定了57株小麦纹枯病菌对2个小麦品种豫麦49和豫麦9023的致病性,发现不同来源的菌株致病性差异明显。通过比较不同来源纹枯病菌在2种固体培养基上的生长状况发现,纹枯病菌株之间生长速度存在明显差异。结论]河南麦区的小麦纹枯病菌主要是禾谷丝核菌,其次是立枯丝核菌。不同来源的小麦纹枯病菌存在显著致病性分化现象。

Pathogenicity Differentiation and Diversity of the Pathogens of Wheat Sharp Eyespot in Henan Province
Abstract:Objective] The aim was to research the composition of pathogens of wheat sharp eyespot in the Henan Province and the pathogenicity differentiation phenomenon.Method] With Yumai149 and Yumai 9023 as the tested materials,the tests on the separation,nuclear counting and growth velocity comparison of pathogens of wheat sharp eyespot and the pathogenicity determination were performed.Result] Fifty seven strains of pathogens of wheat sharp eyespot were isolated from diseased wheat plants in wheat fields of 32 counties in Henan Province.Identification by nucleus staining revealed that 48 isolates were binucleate which accounted for 84.21 % of all isolates and the rest 9 isolates was multinucleat which accounted for 15.79% of all isolates.Pathogenic capacities of 57 strains of pathogens of wheat sharp eyespot on the 2 wheat varieties Yumai 149 and Yumai 9023 were tested resp.and the results indicated that pathogenicity difference existed among isolates with different origin.It was found through comparing the growths of pathogens of wheat sharp eyespot with different origins on 2 solid media that there was obvious difference that existed among their growth speeds.Conclusion] The pathogen of wheat sharp eyespot in Henan Province mostly was Rhizoctonia cerealis,secondly was Rhizoctonia solani.Pathogenicity differentiation existed among wheat sharp eyespot isolates with different origin significantly.
