棉花温敏雄性不育与膜脂过氧化的关系研究

摘    要:棉花雄性不育在杂种优势利用中具有重要价值,棉花温敏雄性不育系"特棉S-1",作为棉花中一种新型的雄性不育系,其败育的生理生化机理仍未明了,为研究棉花温敏雄性不育系败育与活性氧代谢的关系,本研究以"特棉S-1"及可育对照"D7"为实验材料,对其活性氧清除酶活性及丙二醛含量进行测定。研究结果表明:棉花温敏雄性不育系的SOD酶活性明显比对照低,而POD活性及MDA含量明显比对照高。研究还认为SOD酶活性的降低可能是棉花温敏雄性不育系"特棉S-1"败育的原因,而MDA、POD含量的升高是SOD酶活性降低的结果。

Abstract:Male sterility is very important in the utilization of hybrid heterosis in cotton,"Temian s-1",the steady thermo-sensitive male sterility,as a new type of male sterilities in cotton,its physiological and biochemical mechanism has not been well explored.By using the thermo-sensitive male sterility "D7"as materials,the activities of reactive oxygen species scavenger enzymes and the content of MDA of them were tested individually to study the relationship between the sterility and reactive oxygen species.The main results are as follows: the activity of SOD enzyme of "Temian s-1" is lower than those of "D7",the both the activity of POD enzyme and the content of MDA of "Temian s-1"are higher than that of "D7",the above results indicate that the low activity of SOD may be the reason that causes male sterility,whereas high activity of POD and high content of MDA may be the results of the low activity of SOD.
