| 摘 要： | 运用规范研究和实证分析阐述农村资金供需缺口形成的原因是：农村建设资金需求旺盛、农村资金的外流和金融机构的农村信贷业务收缩，并从完善政策性金融扶持农业经济、引导商业金融进入农村经济领域、合理利用民间金融以及合理引导资金有效回流等方面探讨农村经济发展的资金供给问题。

| Abstract: | The article makes use of standardized research and empirical analysis of demand and supply gap in rural finance to seek the countermeasure of financial support. The author mainly analyzes the demand of the rural construction fund, the fund outflow and rural financial institutions in rural credit operations shrink, to discuss the forming reason of the supply-demand gap,and analyzes the respects of supporting agricultural economy from improving policy-related finance, leading the commercial finance to enter the field of rural economy, rational utilization of folk finance and reasonable initiation fund effective reflux,etc to probe into rural economy development. |
